Jan 2018: 30-day H20 Challenge

The first fit-nerd 30-day challenge – H20

Rules of engagement:

  • 8 x 16 oz glasses of H20 per day for 30 days
  • Items that do not count: coffee (blah, I know), alcohol, juice (if sweetened), and soda/pop/coke/whatever your regional dialect calls it you know what I mean

If you reallllly need to cheat just a little, remember that tea/coffee could be allowed if you have them sans sweeteners
